Reelsville Water Authority provides potable water to rural communities potions of:

Reelsville, Greencastle, Cloverdale, Brazil. 
We are always striving to improve our services that we provide to our Customers and Community Partners.

• New memberships are $100 and is due before water can be turned on. New meter sets are $1,800 with payment due before we can schedule the job.

• It is the customers' responsibility to keep area around meter lid free from grass and weeds.

• Please use caution when doing work around your meter. The cost of replacement on the meter lid and transmitter is $255. The cost for a new meter is $480. This cost will be the home owner or renters responsibility.

• Reconnects are: $30 during normal business hours, $50 after hours and holidays.

• Business hours are Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., closed major holidays.

• Emergency numbers are on the voice mail, so if it is an emergency please call either of those numbers for assistance.

• We accept credit card and debit card payments, however there is a 2.75% processing fee for this. This is a fee that we are charged. Online payments can be made through your bank (you must use online banking), please call your bank for any assistance as each bank is different.

• Bills are due on the 17th of each month, late charges are applied on the 18th, with disconnects being scheduled on the 7th of the following month. We always call before shutting people off, so please make sure we have a good contact number to reach you.

• If you suspect you have a water leak we can do a profile for you. A profile consist of us hooking a laptop to your meter and downloading the data. We can pull the report and tell you on site. If you would like to have a printout, you must come to the office to pick it up. The profile will tell you from the date we start the profile (usually we go back 60 days) to the day we do the profile. It reads every hour from start to finish. It will tell you how many gallons of water has gone through the meter. The first profile is free, each additional profile is $30.
